I spent many years in my acting days trying to attain a certain type of body. I desperately tried to pack on muscles. Guzzling creatine, pounding shakes and lifting until my back back almost broke.  But as the years have passed. I’ve found a different approach.  I am solely focused on being fit, healthy and active.  In turn, my body has really fallen into place.  Instead of trying to CHANGE myself to look a certain way, I allowed myself to be the best version of myself. With no apologies.
